This is a complete silent (no-dialogue) horror webcomic episode titled “A Taste of Home” from the series Silent Horror by KS (colored by Meng), published on the ComicVid platform. Despite having no text, the story is very clear and deeply disturbing. Here’s what happens, panel by panel:
The Twist / Plot Summary
A young woman with long blue hair lives with (or frequently visits) an old man who looks like a kindly grandfather figure. He loves baking cakes for her. She happily eats them every time he serves her a slice, and he watches with creepy satisfaction.
One day while he’s baking another cake in the kitchen, something massive violently explodes out of the oven — shattering glass, pans, utensils, and chunks of gore/meat everywhere. The old man, now alone, starts sweating nervously and then openly weeping in despair.
We then see why: the “special ingredient” he’s been using for all those cakes was the woman herself. He had been gradually cutting pieces off her (while somehow keeping her alive and functional) and baking them into the cakes, which she unknowingly ate. The explosion was her remaining torso/upper body finally dying and bursting apart in the oven when he tried to bake the last big piece.
The title “Cake from Dad” and a photo on the wall show that the old man is actually her father, making it an extreme case of cannibalistic incestuous horror. He was feeding his own daughter her own flesh, cooked into cakes, as a twisted way of keeping her “part of him” forever or making her consume “a taste of home.”
Key horrifying details:

The cakes are always rainbow-layered with red topping → symbolizing flesh and blood.
Every time she ate a slice, a part of her body was missing in later panels (but drawn subtly so you don’t notice on first read).
The old man’s creepy smiling and sweating shows he knows exactly what he’s doing.
When the oven explodes, it’s because the last big chunk of her (still somewhat alive) couldn’t survive being baked.
Final scenes show her ghostly or dying figure fleeing or collapsing at a graveyard, while the father continues his routine elsewhere, implying he may have moved on to a new victim or is in denial.

It’s a classic ā€œread it once happily, read it twice and feel sickā€ twist comic — very common in silent horror genre, but this one is particularly brutal because of the father–daughter cannibalism angle and the fact she was happily eating her own body parts the whole time.
In short: A psychotic father slowly harvests and cooks his daughter into cakes, feeds the cakes back to her, and she loves them… until there’s nothing left of her to bake. Pure nightmare fuel.
