“The Great Pumpkin Soars”

n the bustling atrium of the Herttoniemi mall, preparations for the annual Halloween festival were in full swing. Suspended high above the shoppers, a massive, smiling pumpkin balloon, affectionately named ‘Jack’, bobbed gently. Below, a young woman named Elara, dressed in a slightly frayed witch’s costume, was preparing her small booth for the “Magic SA” show. She was nervous; this was her first real gig.
Suddenly, a gust of wind from the opening main doors caught Jack, sending him drifting towards Elara’s booth. Shoppers gasped as the giant pumpkin swayed precariously. Elara, thinking quickly, grabbed a small, shimmering vial from her pocket – a prop, she told herself. “By the power of… well, whatever!” she muttered, uncorking it and making a grand, theatrical gesture towards the balloon.
To her astonishment, a soft, green glow emanated from the vial, a real, tangible magic. The wind calmed instantly, and Jack settled back into his designated spot as if guided by an invisible hand. The crowd erupted in applause, thinking it was all part of the show. Elara froze, her eyes wide with a mix of fear and exhilaration. Her “Magic SA” show had just begun, and it seemed she had more power than she ever dreamed.
