Pirat

“Pirat” is a word that means “pirate” in several languages, like Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, and Croatian—basically the sea-robbing, treasure-hunting kind with the eye patch and parrot (or the modern software-sharing variety).
Fun fact: It’s also the name of the original Swedish Pirate Party (Piratpartiet), which kicked off the global movement for digital rights, privacy, and copyright reform back in 2006.
